Welcome to Dudley Nautilus Sub Aqua Club

A Little bit about us

In 1973 a group of black country diving enthusiasts founded Dudley Nautilus Sub Aqua Club.

The club today has around 50 members of whom there are five BSAC qualified instructors ranging from Open Water to Advanced and seven Assistant instructors working their way towards Open Water Instructor.

Active diving members range in ages from 14 to 70.

We're based at Halesowen  Leisure Centre  and hire the pool every Thursday night  to be used free of charge by members for scuba training or swimming.

We also have the use of Netherton Reservoir ( Lodge Farm Reservoir ) and it's excellent facilities, including heated changing rooms with showers and a fully fitted kitchen and a bar.  We meet at Halesowen Leisure Centre on Thursday Evenings and hold club dives every Saturday morning at the Reservoir.

Nautilus S.A.C. also owns two
RIBs (Rigid hull Inflatable Boats) one kept at Plymouth for diving trips and the other is based at Netherton Reservoir. Both are well maintained and fully equipped for diving.

Take a look at our
Club Diary. In addition to Diving and Training, the club organises a number of Social Events such as night dives in the winter season, BBQ's in the summer, and the annual Dinner Dance at Christmas. This is all in addition to the regular meetings at the Social club after training on Thursday nights.
